I am looking for a small handheld portable devices that emit an ultrasonic sound sense only for dogs?

NOT cats or other small animals, or rodents … to be used as a Training Aid. They do not seem to find one on eBay? Any ideas? And not a shock collar type thing! Only a wave device sound. No, it's a dog whistle, I'm talking about a little battery power, about the size of the palm of your half .. I've seen this somewhere lovemylab ..
